A downtown Brockville engagement session.
t was New Years Eve, and one of those rare occasions where Joanna’s family wereĀ all together in one city. It was to be an exciting evening ofĀ ringing inĀ the new year; the only problem was that Devin – her long time boyfriend – was late and he needed a ride to the party…Feeling frustrated at having to leave her family, Joanna got in her car and drove home to pick him up. What she wasn’t expecting was that he would beĀ there, waiting, with an engagement ring & a promise to spend this night – and every New Years Eve – as her biggest supporter, her best friend,Ā and her (future) husband. When they returned for dinner with the family,Ā they toasted toĀ a year of accomplishments and to a future of wedding planning for this incredible couple!
When it came to planning Devin and Joanna’s engagement session, we decided there would be no better place than downtown Brockville. This city – full of incredible architecture, history, and culture – is where they call home, and is an absolutely perfect backdrop for their classically romantic engagement session.
Enjoy, as you tour the city with us:

When couples decide to involve their pets in an engagement session, my heart overflows with happiness…Ohh, Oakley, you and your eyebrow “sunglasses”!…the cutest!

The Brockville waterfront isĀ beyond!Ā Thank you, Joanna + Devin, for opening our eyes to the beauty of your city!

Joanna + Devin, thank you for giving me the guided tour of your incredible city…but thank youĀ even more for being such an incredible and loving couple. It’s peopleĀ like you and the friendships we’re buildingĀ that make me love my job, and I absolutely can’t wait to celebrate your wedding next July at Code’s Mill!! Much love, A.
