Restaurant wedding in downtown Ottawa
The streets were crowded with the normal hustle and bustle of the May two-four weekend. With Canada’s 150th birthday around the corner, tourists flocked to ‘Inspiration Village’ in the Byward Market, just steps away from Luxe Bistro…Tucked away in the restaurant, Elena and Nick stood amongst a small group of friends and family to celebrate their wedding day. Inside, that buzz of tourism all fell away, and all eyes were instead on the couple as they spoke their vows and promised a lifetime together as husband and wife.
The first time I met Elena and Nick, they felt like instant friends. I was blown away by how quickly these two went from being complete strangers, to being genuine friends in my life. Anyone who knows these two knows that – individually – these two can light up a room…but together, their happiness is contagious.
I’ve never seen a more relaxed and intimate ceremony than Elena and Nick’s Luxe Bistro wedding in downtown Ottawa, and with the happiness and love celebrated that day, it was one I will certainly never forget!
Elena and Nick!! How lucky am I to have clients friends like you!! On our walk home to our car at the end of the night, I looked over at Shaun and realized we were both still smiling from the incredible day of fun we had had with you! May this happiness continue every day in your marriage, and continue to spread to those around you! xo
