A SUN-FILLED WINTER WEDDING AT LE BELVEDERE
Jared admits that he didn’t do a great job at hiding the ring…He hid it amongst the branches of their Christmas tree; in the closet, next to where she slept; and in the glove box of the car, just inches from her knees. He liked to keep it in plain sight, knowing that Amanda was not the kind of girl to go searching for a ring. They had a trust between them, which could only be built from knowing each other for over twenty years.
Though it took them until University to officially ‘click’ as a couple, these two met when they were young enough to cruise on yellow school buses and take chaperoned field trips!! Years later, they would travel the world, live abroad, and begin an adventure of a lifetime – together – as a couple.
Once back in Canada, Jared revealed the ring to Amanda, and got down on one knee. They were married in a Winter wedding at Le Belvedere, with a view of snow and mountains. The skies were clear, and the light…well, the light was flawless. You’ll have to see for yourself, just how beautiful it really was…
Amanda and Jared! Thank you for your friendship; your enthusiasm to take photos in -20 degree weather (!!); and for your stellar taste in wedding decor ;) Your day was absolutely ‘you’ and it was amazing to hear how much love and support you have from your friends and family on this next season of life. Excited for you, and this next adventure! x
