…Wait…what??…A graveyard??…What was I walking in to here??…
Though I’d met Victoria and Alex briefly at Amanda and Jarred’s Winter wedding at Le Belvedere earlier this year, I had no idea what sort of people I’d be meeting that afternoon in Navan. Afterall, it’s not everyday you rendezvous in a cemetery…
As it turns out, Navan is a cute little town, full of farmers fields and family homes. It’s the town where Victoria and Alex grew up and where they’ve now settled down with a house (and a dog!!) of their own!
Upon meeting them that afternoon, it soon became clear that the graveyard was just a great place to park!!! After a short walk down the road, we reached a long snowmobile trail, where Alex had proposed last Winter. It was the perfect backdrop for their engagement photos in Navan with their goldendoodle dog – Charlie – by their side!
Victoria, Alex! I’m sorry I judged you about the graveyard thing – hahah!!
You are seriously two of the sweetest people and I couldn’t believe how quickly you both felt like friends! I am over-the-moon excited for you to celebrate your wedding in Costa Rica next year and I know there are epic celebrations ahead!! Thank you for a fun evening of laughter and dog cuddles!! xo, A.
